A cotton layer has been pressed into the yoga mat, which provides greater cushioning. Since our mats are made of a natural material, you should occasionally give the mat a mild cleaning and avoid direct sunlight as well as moisture. You can easily clean your mat with a few drops of vinegar and lukewarm water.
