Fair Rubber e. V.

The Fair Label Organisation e. V. (FLO) does not cover all raw materials with its seal system. For example, natural rubber – in liquid form: Latex – is not included in their list of raw materials to be certified. Natural rubber, which is often referred to as rubber, is the sap of the tropical tree Hevea brasiliensis. In order to be able to guarantee that working and living conditions are improved during cultivation and resale, the association Fair Rubber e. V. was founded. With its work, it transfers the principles of fair trade to rubber cultivation and awards the Fair Rubber logo to corresponding products.
